The Esari City model features a pitched roof and wooden frame, and is used in areas which already contain pitched-roofed buildings. The model's standard fire class is P3, which we can change as necessary to meet fire class EI30/EI60 via technical structural changes. Facade cladding is implemented to meet the client's needs. In addition to various sheeting options, cladding is also available in wood, wood-based panels, or brick.
